Project Overview:

The Data Scientist/Engineer will work as a Full-Time Employee on high-impact projects, leveraging machine learning and data science to drive business outcomes. Key projects include:

  1. DMS (Data Management System):
    • Develop scalable data pipelines for aggregation, cleansing, and validation.
    • Build predictive models to analyze trends and detect anomalies.
  2. Intent Feed:
    • Create models to interpret user behavior and intent from diverse data sources.
    • Support real-time workflows for actionable insights and improved targeting.
  3. SMS/Email/Call Agent (Agentic AI):
    • Design AI-driven messaging solutions using NLP for seamless customer interactions.
    • Build conversational models for context-aware responses across communication platforms.

The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, business-aligned solutions, delivering measurable impact through advanced data analytics and automation.

The platform optimizes browser, mobile, CTV, and DOOH infrastructure, allowing partners to capitalize on emerging opportunities in this rapidly evolving landscape.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain machine learning models tailored to the project’s requirements.
  • Perform large-scale data analysis to uncover actionable insights and optimize system performance.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to align analytics objectives with measurable business outcomes.
  • Develop repeatable analytic solutions encompassing all stages of the software development lifecycle, from initial model development to final deployment.
  • Visualize complex datasets using Tableau and other tools to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the development team to implement and integrate analytic solutions into existing infrastructure.
  • Validate models rigorously to ensure robustness and reliability.

Skills/Requirements:
  • 5+ years in machine learning and large-scale data analysis using R/Python.
  • Expertise in machine learning methodologies, including regression, decision trees, time series analysis, and NLP.
  • Strong background in SQL and relational databases.
  • Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Hadoop, Spark, or equivalent tools.
  • 1+ year experience with model validation techniques.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau

Skills:

  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable data strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Extensive experience collaborating with development teams to implement end-to-end analytic solutions.
