Customer Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will support our current projects. You will be always welcome to take an active part in technical and non-technical discussions. We are fun and smart to work with, a great mix of mid-sized company expertise with a startup mindset.


Responsibilities:
  • Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate project activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
  • Serve as a point of contact between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Prepare and present project updates, status reports, and risk assessments.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Identify potential project risks and issue
  • Monitor and report on project progress, proactively addressing any deviations from the plan.
  • Ensure timely escalation of critical issues.
  • Track and report project metrics and performance indicators.
  • Prepare time reports
  • Forecast team involvement across the project timeline 
  • Prepare invoices

Skills/Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in project management or business analysis.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects of small scale / on support stage
