We are looking for a hands-on, implementation-focused Senior Machine Learning Engineer / Applied Data Scientist to help design, build, train, and optimize advanced machine learning models. The ideal candidate combines strong practical ML expertise with experience scaling model training and deploying production-ready AI solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, or AI Engineering roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with PyTorch and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience building, training, and optimizing machine learning models in production environments.
- Expertise in training pipelines, distributed training, model scaling, and performance tuning.
- Experience working with multimodal data, particularly video, image, and audio processing.
- Strong understanding of model selection, hyperparameter tuning, transfer learning, and fine-tuning techniques.
- Proficiency in Python and the broader ML ecosystem.
- Experience with cloud platforms and ML infrastructure is highly desirable.
Nice to Have:
- Background in behavioral science, human behavior analysis, or related domains.
- Experience with computer vision, speech/audio processing, and multimodal AI models.
- Knowledge of MLOps practices, experiment tracking, and model deployment frameworks.
