Project Overview:

The project is a push-to-talk and workforce management platform for mobile workers, teams, and big organizations. Currently, a marketing campaign is being conducted to assess market demand, with the initial validation taking place in Ukraine. We are looking for a specialist to evaluate the market, drive sales, and establish long-term client relationships. This is a part-time position with an engagement of up to 11 hours per week.


Customer Overview:

Our client is a Finnish company specializing in wireless technologies and engineering solutions. The company provides cutting-edge technology solutions for various industries, including telecommunications, IoT,  and embedded systems.

The company has expertise in electronics and wireless communication, delivering innovative and efficient solutions to clients worldwide.


Responsibilities:
  • Conduct cold calls and actively search for new customers.
  • Organize and lead meetings (online/offline) to present products and services.
  • Conclude deals and support clients throughout the sales process.
  • Meet sales targets to capitalize on market opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients by understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Engage in negotiation and contract discussions with clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with broader business goals.

Focus on Ukrainian market.


Skills/Requirements:

Experience:

  • Proven successful experience in sales .
  • Knowledge and experience with CRM systems.
  • Experience in analyzing sales data, generating insights, and making data-driven decisions.

Skills:

  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships, negotiate deals, and close sales.
  • Proficiency in creating and delivering tailored presentations.
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
  • Ability to work independently, handle objections, and achieve results.
