Project Overview:

The goal of the project is the migration and transformation of legacy software from an HPE NonStop platform with COBOL backend to a future-proof, modern cloud infrastructure using Java and Spring Boot.

Responsibilities:

You will work with our agile team to develop innovative solutions for supply chain management and discrete manufacturing process optimization.
You will embrace the entire development process from requirement and design, through development and testing to deployment preparation and implementation, as well as troubleshooting of the software used in production in third-level support.

Skills/Requirements:

3 years of hands-on experience in Java development
Proficient in Spring Boot and Hibernate frameworks
Strong background in Integration Testing
Familiar with Docker for containerization
Proficient in GIT with experience in pull requests and code reviews
Language proficiency: German (at least B1 level) and English
