Project Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to join JetSoftPro’s internal marketing team. You will have many specific tasks that require creative solutions and reasonable deadlines (not “we need it yesterday”). The role involves managing an internal team and leading external marketing projects as a digital marketing agency for our clients. The team consists of two marketers and a designer.

Areas of focus:

  • Email marketing
  • Content marketing, including a YouTube video channel
  • Link building
  • Work with catalogues
  • Corporate blog
  • SMM: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
  • Support for sales activities (presentations, videos)
  • Internal projects – development of CRM and other marketing products

We are looking for a professional who will enhance our existing marketing strategy and will follow the current marketing goals and processes (or optimize them)


Customer Overview:

JetSoftPro is a software development one-stop shop that operates in three directions: internal products, outsourcing, and outstaffing (development of solutions for the b2b client). We work with the Tier 1 + GULF market. We have a pool of clients which gives stability, and always attract new ones.


Responsibilities:
  • Management of the internal marketing team according to the marketing strategy and adjustments to the strategy.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee external marketing projects for clients, acting as a digital marketing agency.
  • Develop and implement email campaigns to engage and nurture audiences.
  • Oversee content creation, including blog articles, marketing materials, and YouTube video production.
  • Develop and execute link-building strategies and manage company listings in relevant directories.
  • Manage and optimize marketing efforts across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Create and maintain high-quality marketing assets such as presentations and videos to assist sales teams.
  • Lead the enhancement of CRM systems and other internal marketing tools to improve efficiency.
  • Track key marketing metrics, analyze performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and client needs.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors.

Skills/Requirements:
  • Proven track record in leading marketing teams and managing external marketing projects for clients.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate a team of marketers and designers, ensuring effective collaboration.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in email marketing, content marketing (including YouTube), link building, catalogues management, and social media marketing (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Ability to create and optimize marketing materials such as presentations and videos to support sales activities.
  • Understanding of CRM systems and experience in developing and implementing marketing technology solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple B2B projects, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to track, analyze, and optimize marketing performance based on data.
  • Capability to develop innovative marketing strategies and execute them effectively.
  • Proficiency in English
  • A degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
