Responsibilities:
  • Meet sales targets to capitalize on market opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Experience in business communication with English-speaking countries
  • Creating and delivering presentations tailored to the audience’s needs
  • Building relationships, negotiating deals, and closing sales.
  • Engage in negotiation and contract discussions with clients and partners.
  • Collaborating closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with broader business goals.

Skills/Requirements:
  • Work experience as a sales representative or business development in IT for 3+ years
  • Understanding of the IT industry and software development life cycle
  • Proven successful sales track record
  • Knowledge and experience with CRM systems
  • Experience in business communication with English-speaking countries
  • Sales Skills: The ability to build relationships, negotiate deals, and close sales.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Experience in analyzing sales data, generating insights, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in business communication with English-speaking countries

Would be a plus:

  • Experience in business trips to USA/Eastern Europe
