Project Overview:

We are looking for an AI Engineer with hands-on experience working with Cloud Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our team.


Customer Overview:

We are partnering with a fast-growing US company transforming workflows at the intersection of healthcare and legal domains. The platform supports medical record management, legal case processing, secure data exchange, and workflow automation — ensuring compliance with US industry standards.


Responsibilities:
  • Work with Cloud LLMs (Azure OpenAI) , both public (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) and private / self-hosted models.
  • Perform fine-tuning of LLMs and support their deployment into production environments.
  • Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
  • Prepare, clean, and manage datasets for training, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with product, backend, and DevOps teams to integrate AI solutions into applications.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and improve model performance, quality, and reliability.

Skills/Requirements:
  • Strong experience working with Cloud LLMs (Azure OpenAI) (public and private).
  • Practical experience with fine-tuning and deploying language models.
  • Hands-on experience with RAG architectures (vector databases, embeddings, retrieval strategies).
  • Solid understanding of data preparation, datasets, and evaluation techniques.
  • Experience with NodeJS (Python will be a plus) and common ML/AI frameworks (PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain / LlamaIndex, etc.)
